I’m Dennis Green, a retired chef from San Antonio with a deep love for freshly grilled meat. At the many restaurants I worked at over the years, I developed a 6th sense of sorts for how to cook the perfect steak. I ran one of the best steakhouses in Texas and helped spawn a statewide franchise. Now that I’m retired and have a lot more free time, I decided to make this blog.
